Designed with Alina Kobalyan during my collaboration with Balcon. This project was created for a large family from the UAE. While developing the concept, we defined several key design principles for the villa: comfort, simplicity, clean lines, and harmony of color, using natural wood, stone, marble, ceramics, and a rich selection of textiles. The work was organized in several stages — creating and approving mood boards, developing spatial collage plans, preparing technical drawings and scale models, followed by 3D visualization.
